On December 11, 2017, selected by the People's Mediation Committee of the Intellectual Property Disputes of the China Patent Protection Association was selected, Mr. Andy Yang was appointed as the first batch of people's mediators for a period of two years.

The China Patent Protection Association is a national, professional and non-profit social organization under the authority of the State Intellectual Property Office. Through the establishment of an intellectual property dispute mediation mechanism, it provides a new channel for parties to resolve intellectual property disputes to better serve enterprises and individuals.

It is reported that the above-mentioned intellectual property dispute mediation mechanism is a public welfare, and no fees are charged to the parties, and the people's mediators are not paid.
