Baili accused Apple and its affiliates of manufacturing, selling and promising to sell iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus mobile phone products, allegedly infringing on the design patent of the Chinese patent application No. 201430009113.9 (mobile phone) enjoyed by Baili. Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Office made a decision on the case that the infringement was established and ordered Apple to stop the sale.
