Personal Profile: Andy Yang, Excecutive Partner of Beijing Wis & Weals law firm, graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (formerly Huazhong University of Science and Technology) in 1993 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronics Technology. He then graduated from the Law School of Renmin University of China in 1998 with a Master of Laws. Qualified as a lawyer and patent attorney, he has been practicing law in the field of intellectual property since 1998. In 2005, he served as a subject review expert in formulating national intellectual property strategy. In 2013, he was recognized as one of the "Top Ten Intellectual Property Lawyers" in Beijing.
